Please join me in an on-line bone marrow donor registry program. Follow the instructions at the end to sign up for the program.

Joining the registry is painless---you merely have to fill out the application ( for the purposes of screening if you are an appropriate candidate) and you will be mailed a swab for your inside cheek.

There are many individuals with blood cancers who are waiting for a match, in order to receive a bone marrow transplant. For many of these people, a bone marrow transplant is their last chance to beat a deadly disease. Please consider joining the registry.

Instructions to participate in the Skidaway Island Be the Match Bone Marrow Registry:

1) Log into http://join.marrow.org/skidaway

2) Go to Step 1 and check all that apply. Click GO.

3) Read Terms of Use and Donor Registration and Consent for HLA Typing. Mark appropriate boxes.

4) Sign Electronic Signature and click NEXT.

5) Create your account with username and password.

6) Complete Security Code. Click NEXT.

7) Continue with the registration process.

8) Your cost to register is $0.00

9) Review. Click button to confirm that you want to received the Buccal Swab Kit.
