Corkscrew around the Buoy

We learned this drill today in the lake as a means of getting around the buoy (for the turn back to shore) at the event at Lake Lanier.  It looks very smooth and I will practice it in the pool tomorrow.   Stay tuned for more about the open water training today.  Can you say Loch Ness Monster?  And that is not me in the video!
